Wrong product and refund process

Plus I have to pay to return products, I didn't order. So I am out $45 + to ship the wigs back that I didn't order.

The length of time it took to get the products. Tracking system sucks, no estimate of when you will receive product.

Ordered the 3/$45 that they have on website. Ordered 1 straight with bangs shoulder length 8", received a 12" length. 2nd item again shoulder length slight wave, received (2) and they were at least 14" long. The 3rd item was short brown kinky afro-did not receive. You have to answer all these questions, their solution was a $2.25 refund and keep the wigs, or send them back and I pay for shipping. The kicker is that the product advertised is sometimes different than what they have. SERIOUSLY, so lets add false advertisement to this review.

EZSHIP failing to take responsibility on the parcel that does not arrive

i have spent more than 1000 ringgit to buy some items from 1688.com through EZship. They hv lost my parcel but didn't have any intention to refund the full amount.

I didn't ask them to buy again but just refund! I have already done what the best i could. I'm so fed up on keep following up with you guys every day and what do you expect more?! I'm so disappointed.

You are the one who supposes help me reorder again and ship to my doorstep! That's why we pay so high price for surcharge! Do you know what is EZSHIP? We insert link, u help us buy and deliver dude!

What's more, they don't put effort on helping me to find my parcels, i have been waiting for their reply like every day, and they keep investigate like never-ending, The parcel has arrived in hub since 8th May but why you need so much of time for finding? Today is already 25th June, i know u guys might like to wasting time but not for me!! Just let me knw is missing!

They wan to solve this by refund me RM200, refund not even 20% of the parcel value! What a ridiculious case!

Where's my consumer rights? Now the parcel is missing but all you do is nothing, and refund me not even 20% from my parcel value?

Under the Consumer Rights Act, online retailers are responsible for all goods until we receive them! This means that if the courier loses the goods you ordered or they are damaged, the retailer is responsible for putting things right! so If we paid to have a delivery at a set time or date and the parcel is late, we have the right to demand a refund.

(Do you know your delivery is late?)

The Consumer Rights Act also protects us, if our order is damaged. According to the act, all products must be fit for purpose, of satisfactory quality and as described.

I haven't received my merchandise as of this date 10/24/2020. Couldn't get any response from the company name or email.

Paid for merchandise thru PayPal as a guarantee that I would received my merchandise. PayPal stated that before I could file a claim I had to contact the seller.

I tried on several occasions to no avail. I wish to either received the merchandise or receive a refund.

Paid for Ezbuy purchase using a valid UOB coupon code for Dec. Supposed to get SGD 10 off but was given SGD 100 discount instead. No customer would reject good deal and so I just continued with my payment. I did expect they would kind of call to ask for the payment to be rectified. Received a call 2 days later around noon while preparing for a minor day surgery. Told the lady on the line to call me back in 3-4 hours coz she spoke about a few choices to rectify the situation. Saw couple of missed calls after surgery and actually tried to call back. Phone call was not answered. By the evening, all orders paid using that code were cancelled. The pissed off part was the cancellation was indicated as either requested by customer or lost in warehouse. A miserable SGD 5 voucher with time limit was given as compensation. But the worse is the refund of paid amount was not to the credit card direct. Only to the wallet. When contacted, customer service plainly said the cancellation was effected quickly without confirming with customers affected so sellers would not send the goods, otherwise they would be inconvenienced more to resolve it. So everything is to their advantage. They also blamed me for not answering their calls. Funny thing is they could email me when cancellation happened but could not contact me via email to lay down the options and gave a clear time limit when to respond. Now I had to repurchase from them again even when lost confidence since they held my refund in wallet. The customer service just stopped responding after my demand for better explanation.

Just before Christmas I bought 6 suppose to lace front wigs. I didn't get them after New Year and the 6 was all wrong. I tried to get someone to get my money back. And sent the merchandise back to them. I was very displease and happy. Now I merchandise I can't use. Joyce Harvey

I can’t log in!! But my transaction go through...!!

Hi Sir, Recently I found some Korea shoes nice in Instagram Ezbuy... so I proceed to buy it ... I registered myself with this email address: xxxx...... I brought 4 items : 2 are the same colour ( brown) the other 2 are black and dark grey...I am using the Maybank credit card with the last 4 digit Xxxx. So while the processing is slow. I didnt wait for it to give any confirmations. I thought it didnt go through. But I check with the bank they said the transaction go through on 21/12/2019 with the transaction number 773014, today 23/12, I log in Ezbuy but cant log in... wonder why my transaction go through and I cant log in? And there isnt any confirmation from your side to my email address that the transaction go through? And how am I going to claim the products at the location? On what date do I need to collect it...? All this are not stated to me.... so what should I do? Please help and check for me ... attached are the items &;;; locations that I opt for picking up the products... while the confirmation I dont have , so kindly send to me... understand the products will reach me around mid January. So please let me know all the above queries. Thanks. ( I had send this queries to your email too)

You are one of those unlucky one that have been conned by Ezbuy as all their shipment are fully insured and only pay you peanuts to dispense you off! Good advice of you to other potential victims!
