just a warning for our buyers who use ezbuy. I ordered " ROSWHEEL 13814 Texture Series Quick demolition bike ride saddle bag bicycle Tail bag" with buy-for-me, however delivered item's size is totally different from information listed. I contacted ezbuy via online chat, email, finally no solution at all, this item is only S$10, however it disguised me with such an obvious cheating method, and ezbuy has no way to protect customers.

i place my order on 6 may, after calculating the date i should have received my item few days ago. till today my parcel still not here, yet they told me the shipment will reach the port on 3rd June, when i call and check they said look at the logistic date whereby u only can see the wrong date shipped. i screenshot all the date and conversation between me n them. the date of order, the date of shipping, the date at warehouse all chaos.

how can order date same as shipment date to spore? and how can the arrival date before the shipment date.

what are they doing. And what the *** they hold back all my items at china warehouse to wait for the rest of the item to reach before shipment? i paid for prime which is already expensive yet the service sucks.

last yr i didnt buy prime and i purchase outdoor furnitures too, it come right on time.

please dnt pay for prime u will be con by EZbuy. Using prime takes longer shipment and parcel lost in the ocean.

Worst Buying Experience Ever

Purchase TV console, waited for a month and came a coffee table. Sent the coffee table back, ordered TV console again and received a TV console that is not assembled and with paint chip off in 2 areas after 2 months. Was told to assemble the TV console myself despite their website stating that it's already assembled. Don't waste your time using their service unless you have too much free time to wait for their replies to your queries.

Not worth paying for Express Air

Might as well just use Economy Air.. Previous item 2 item.. using economy air.. in 9 days i already collected/received my parcel.. Now.. 1 item only.. took 10 days to reach sg warehouse.. paying express air shipping to SG takes 4 days???? Better use economy air, within 24hours the parcel has reach SG warehouse..

TERRIBLE AND *** SERVICE. Come on lah, Pizza delivery late also got vouchers. I don’t usually do this *** but congrats EZBUY!!! ezbuy Singapore Managed to *** buyers off to this level. Status stuck since 02/06 till i asked, what a joke. Handle your “65 EDAY” until no time handle your buyers ah? 没有那么大的头,就不要戴那么大的帽子 Say one thing but do another thing. What if i headed to my collection point TONIGHT but my parcel still in the WAREHOUSE????? Head there to realised i wasted my time and effort? Kudos to your customer service who confirmed “don’t worry , actually ez buy no need arrange” LOL enough said read screenshots provided. * lol new updates if i want by tonight i MUST collect before 6!? ridiculous or what.

Their customer staff, Leven was very unwilling to advise on the product that I was checking for. He kept pushing me to buy-for-me or expecting me to find a solution myself.

For the item that I was looking at, Leven only provided one link and did not address my needs. When asked if he could email me suitable items, he was not willing to do so and even sent me "This channel is only handling presale-related product information and ongoing order enquiries." It felt as though chasing me away to make it obvious that I was unwelcomed.

I tried asking my friend to help search and even my friend could find more suitable items in the end.

I am utterly disspointed with the customer support received from Ezbuy after supporting it for so long!!

Also, when I attempted to make a review if the product, I noticed that it had been taken off the site. Now it seems like I have to make do with the 25% refund = $31.78.

They actually asked if I could take the refund and paint the item. The item is cracked, and severely...

Bought a drawer through them. When it arrived, there was a huge crack, multiple part had wood chipped off and quality of the wood is dismal.
Hence i wrote to them to request for a refund. They replied, that they refund according to severity and apparently mine was 25%.
I will never buy anything from them again.

What is the return, refund or exchange policy under Prime membership? This is one of the reasons many of us don't dare to buy or ship certain furniture through ezbuy.

Their after sales service can be quite bad and irresponsible. 1) If the drawer was already damaged in their China warehouse, during inspection & repacking, they should have noticed it. If not, then it's their negligence. There were a few times when they sent wrong color, design or sizes for my orders.

It shows that they don't bother to do inspection sometimes. The last time I ordered a small furniture, it was in the wrong color. They offered me a compensation, can't remember how much %, because shipping it back to the seller is damn expensive. And due to their delayed in shipping over the item, it has passed the seller exchange policy duration too.

2) If ezbuy had inspected that the drawer was in good condition, but it was damaged when you got it. It means the drawer got damaged during shipping. Shouldn't it be their responsibility? I had wanted to buy a wooden drawer for the room.

Luckily, my friends warned me not to, because many wooden furniture on Taobao are not made of good quality! And they may not last long too.

I have buy from Ezbuy for over 100000 bath and only get problem.

For exampel I have buy 2 basin/sink both come to me brocken the company who Ezbuy buy from THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO PACKED SO WHEN I GET THIS IT WAS BROCKEN. Ezbuy dont care they say there policy is if glass is brocken when you get it they not pay anything.

My experions to buy from them is same to buy lottery I mean you most all time lose.

Ezbuy have take about 10000 bath from me I get much funiture brocken from Ezbuy I buy table and chair from they table brocken they pay back a little bit after long time . I tell you buyers dont buy from Ezbuy they dont know what respolibility are they only care about money when you have paid they dont care anything about your problem.

Scam return policy

Ezbuy now do not have return service to China. Was told to send the item back to their China warehouse myself using Singapore Postal service. Then they will reship it back to the seller. They ask for SGD$112 China domestic shipping fees. They very obviously tried to cheat my money as Singapore Postal service can deliver directly to the seller return address. Why need to send to their warehouse and they “reship” it to seller. They just tried to rip people off when you seriously need to return the item.

Hello, my message is basically to inquire about a product I bought last week. I am a regular customer with Ezibuy and have always been completely satisfied with the products I have bought or returned if not correct. The product in question is a Capture pleat detail dress in navy and red. I love the fit of the dress but after just one wear the fabric has pilled and looks like I've had the dress for years. I have not washed the fabric or treated it in any way. I really wanted the same dress in another colour but am afraid of the same result. Please review the fabric for other customers. Last time everytime i use Ezbuy without much problems, but nowadays they keep *** up my order (at least 9 out of 10)! From wrong phone cover receive to, charging excessive amount, delay my orders, etc) Then when want to contact their online customer service, even though the queue put me as no. 3 on the waiting list but I always wait at least 1-2 hours before someone actually serves me! if not during the process of waiting, they will close my queue due to not responding for a long time and I have to retype my query and everything again! Horrible service.

Hi there, I've just received the plus size ezibuy catalogue which i love getting however, it is very annoying that you do not use plus size models. It would be great to see models that are wearing the bigger sizes like a 26 or a 3-4XL size instead of just a 1XL all the time. This will help customers like myself get a better idea of what it would like like on a real plus size model. Thank you.
