I was clicking on many products to buy, easily more than 30 products per check-out. On one particular item - Women inner pants, it shown RM 6.05/pc on the catalogue which I have put into my cart.

When comes to the payment, I didn't go through all the items in the cart and just made the total payment. After that, I was shocked to see the pants price has adjusted from RM 6.05 to RM 38 on my check-out page. It was too late to retract my payments. I felt cheated and wrote in to Ezybuy admin.

I told them to check on the system as I clicked on the RM 6.05 pants and not RM 38 pants. I even screenshot for them that the supplier's catalogue are all shown below RM 10 inner pants, nothing shown on RM 38 for that particular design. They replied with "Dear customer, The price hasn't changed and they will continue with the order...." If this is not called cheating, then what??? I regret buying so many things from them, which I am still waiting for the parcels to arrive (which I hope it will).

Definitely will stop shopping at this platform. DISGUSTING!!!!
