at first, the item ETA is on 03/02-07/02, then customer service send a message, telling me to change to air shipping because of item is not able to transport via sea. After opting for air shipping, change the ETA to 14/02!!!!!
then opt air shipping for what?!!! I need it before 10/02. They even say no change of ETA!!! They changed the ETA without even notifying.
what kind of service is this?!!! It's only on 07/02 that my item did not arrive, checked my ezbuy account and get to find out the updated ETA. LOUSY SERVICE!!!! SEND IN TICKET but NO REPLY.
Call but no answer. DON'T WASTE TIME AND MONEY on the crap service.!
