Ordered 1 week before 11.11 to deliberately AVOID their promotion period.Was PROMISED it would be prioritized for order and shipment.
Update 1: Been more than 2 weeks since ordered. Shipment still stuck in warehouse, hours of time wasted trying to get contact with ezbuy, was told that my order will be expedited and shipped out immediately. Update 2: 3 Weeks and my items status are still in the warehouse preparing for shipment. Tried calling ezbuy but failed, tried for 3 days just to chat with their customer service officer and same thing was promised "Your parcel has been made priority to be shipped out".
Update 3: Almost 1 month, still stuck in warehouse. Asked for a refund but was rejected. Reason: Your item is going to be shipped out, hence not able to refund you. Will expedite your parcel for shipment asap.
Emailed them, called them, live chat them, online form sent, no help at all.
