Ordered 1 week before 11.11 to deliberately AVOID their promotion period. Was PROMISED it would be prioritized for order and shipment.

Update 1: Been more than 2 weeks since ordered. Shipment still stuck in warehouse, hours of time wasted trying to get contact with ezbuy, was told that my order will be expedited and shipped out immediately. Update 2: 3 Weeks and my items status are still in the warehouse preparing for shipment. Tried calling ezbuy but failed, tried for 3 days just to chat with their customer service officer and same thing was promised "Your parcel has been made priority to be shipped out".

Update 3: Almost 1 month, still stuck in warehouse. Asked for a refund but was rejected. Reason: Your item is going to be shipped out, hence not able to refund you. Will expedite your parcel for shipment asap.

Emailed them, called them, live chat them, online form sent, no help at all.

***DO NOT ORDER FROM EZBUY. NO UPDATES, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROMOTIONS ATTRACTIVE, BUT CANNOT DELIVER.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $114.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Ezbuy Singapore Pros: Low shipping cost with prime.

Ezbuy Singapore Cons: Poor customer service, Bad order handling, Lousy customer service.

Have been buying from them for two years with no problems. Unfortunately just when I decided to become Prime member, the deliveries all stuck.

Bought lights for new house and until now status always says "pending inspection and repacking". This has been same status for two weeks. Emailed and called no answer. No house going to be ready and I have no lights.

Have to live in darkness with two young children. Monetary loss: $350+ I hope items are either delivered asap or full refund.

Ezbuy are getting worser and worser, customer service or their help service was Soooo bad!!

YES! Tbh, their customer service usually are still relatively good during non promotional periods >< It's only during promotional periods that they can't deliver and they didn't try to improve either..

And your complaint doesn't help ; you never told us what, when, where, how much, what you tried as remedy .... nothing.

Wow, you're the first person I know that never heard of them! I never asked for your sympathy though so no worries about that :)

FYI, I've written, what, when, where, inside and what I did for remedy.

BUT because you have never heard of them, you didn't understand anything I wrote about LOL. Maybe you should find out what is ezbuy before commenting on something that makes you sound ignorant :)
