I have been ordering things from a very reputable company in USA for many years and nothing has gone missing until I used SHIP FOR ME USA via EZBUY to Singapore.
About $200 worth of items lost and we also paid for S$40 worth of shipping. So total of S$240 worth.
They were willing only to compensate S$100 worth (apparently that is their max payout) - so, what about the rest of our missing items?
If they are running a service like such, surely they should have insurance to cover for instances like this?
We guess not - totally disappointed, disgusted with such a large company but such low priority to customers.
This is not the first time. They have also lost a book we ordered previously too.
AVOID at ALL COSTS.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $240.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Pricing and customer service, Irresponsible behaviour, Gives zero confidence to customers.
