This is a review of the most recent poor service by ezbuy. I ordered the product from USA on amazon using ezbuy on 12 Dec 2016 and followed up with a phone call the customer service to followed up.

They said the order has been processed and I will get my product in 8-9 days. However nothing happen and I waited for more then 3weeks with call to them nearly every other week. On new New Year's Eve 30 Dec 2016, I gave them a call again and they said they are unable to track the item. They said they will try to track it..

but nothing happened. On 11 Jan 2017, I called again and they said they need to check. Ezbuy is every ready to refund money to you and treat nothing happen after wasting some much time and effort and treat nothing happened.. this happen for few of my other ezbuy orders.

I am frustrated and I want them to do the due work and take responsibility of their customer. I choose to ask them to reorder and since the sales is over in USA .. I suspect that they might need to pay more to get the same product to me. However..

nothing happen other then they said they will reorder after I called and talked to the customer service. I asked them to give me periodical updates on this but nothing happen and they treat this issue like nothing. Yesterday 24Jan 2017, I called again asking for updates and strictly mentioning to ezbuy.. I do not want refund, I want my product!!!

However this morning.. I checked .. they just bulldozed their way and said they do refund to me.. Fellow online shoppers in Singapore, please do not order from a irresponsible online agent like ezbuy who shake off all responsibility when they need to do their job right..

I highly recommend people to other from their competitors so that the message get through to them. We want a responsible online buying agent. I have been using EZbuy for more than 1.5 years.. they have grown too big and too fast however their service and code of business ethics has been reduce to none.

This is substantiated with clear evidence vixen evidence of them shaking of responsibility as trying to refund you and treat nothing happen. If you are ordering something important.. please do not trust the EZbuy Sg services.. they will disappoint you again and again.

Even after using for more than 1.5 years..

it's time to move to a more reliable competitors and deliver a clear msg to EZBuy.. customers are not *** and dumb..
