Took 3-4 days placing order, after that never update status after received in warehouse, need constantly call up, messages online support then prepare shipment for 30% of orders only. Now in still prepare shipment status since Saturday afternoon. No status about balance orders, as now still in "order placed" status even though I had personally tracked with seller, all have been received by their warehouse few days after placing orders. It has been more than 1 week.

There is no commitment to close from customer service. I have no idea when they will update to deliver my orders purchase total amount of about RM600.

The packing also irresponsible with box partly exposed in bad shape. Inside the box is the product already.
