Ezbuy Singapore - EZBUY should be taken to task
I ordered a chair from EZBUY in October, and when it came it was torn and it was the wrong colour although I had purchased the service BUY FOR ME. This service , reportedly, assures the customer that there is someone on the ground that checks your item before it is dispatched from the Shanghai / Guangzhou warehouse.
They check for quality and quantity. When my item left the warehouse, evidently NO -ONE checked a thing. They are refusing to take responsibility for anything. When I raised this point, they say, ' you should have bought an insurance'...which costs a further 3% of the product itself!
Clearly these people are in the business to outright rob its customers and nothing else. Basically, they hand you second rate products if you don t indulge their demands of more money, and their customer service is abominable.
They did not respond for weeks, and there is no way of contacting them except by email. Never ever buy from this company unless you want a negative and bitter battle with lowlife crooks.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $487.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Ezbuy Singapore Cons: Customer-blaming culture, Being cheated, No deliver the service as describe.
