I looked at my ezbuy prime wishlist and i thought got 6 wishlist instead 3 wishlist . Chatted with thier customer service officer told me that i am not entitled for it .

I told her that T & C and Information stated that Prime ( annual ) member got 6 wishlist . CS Officer try to negotiate with the supervisor and supervisor didnt do service recover instead push the blame. Told me that 6 wishlist for new user only and they will amend the information. WHAT A POOR SERVICE RECOVER AND try use " sorry " hope that solve the problems.

Those who have prime annual subscription and u still can see that T & C . i bet they are change the information now.
