Same old story of package not being delivered and loads of excuses given. Gave many calls and they can't even locate my parcel.

The staff named Shuhui is absolutely horrible. Rude and doesn't care anything about customer service when the company lost my parcel. Quick to push blame away also. Ezbuy should just wind up its entire operations if it cannot reliably ensure customers parcels are sent on time.

Customer service staff keeps repeating standard answers and not doing anything at all to help, and can't be bothered to listen other than saying we will contact you again. All the news on the media by ezbuy now seems to be a very clear case of buying adverts.

Did a google check and saw many complains on CASE. Authorities should do something to these companies that hold our money and parcels hostage.
