Ezbuy - Inaccurate ETA, order at own risk
Same experience with above!!! Was assured item will arrive BEFORE CNY by air.
Tried to request to expedite processing (though not expecting much). Finally got an ETA confirmed on 07/02 (in time for my event), then customer service send a message ON DAY telling me item is held for random check and expect another 3-5 days delay. And expect me to WAIT for he next update. Great riddance, now I've nothing for my event.
able to transport via sea. Live chat is taking a lifetime to reply, Call but no answer. It frustrating how they are setting barriers allowing consumers to be in touch instead of improving their customer experience. Reason of review: Problem with delivery and customer feedback system.
Preferred solution: Full refund. Poor customer service, Not responsible, No customer support, Irresponsible staff and management.
