Items supposed to arrive sept 7 but til today Sept 15 still don't have any information as to where the item is; Item worth more than 300 bucks;

Multiple items on the way, really worry now if items really going to arrive.

Called their centre, all they say is checking with other departments;

Email them, also same thing checking with other departments;

Pushing their way around in their departments;

EZBUY delivery for customer is getting worst. with economy like this best to safe guard your cash.

There's many services similar to this out there; its time to switch over to better services company;

All the best people;

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $350.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
