I ordered 4 items in 1 order from ezbuy. This means that items were supposed to come in 1 parcel altogether when everything is ready.
When the items arrived, they informed me that my parcel, which was supposed to have 4 items, is ready for collection. However, there were only 2 items in the parcel when I collected it. Even on the parcel itself it states that there are only 2 items (picture attached). Where are my missing items??
Right now the order (all 4 items) is marked as a completed order on their website which is absurd. They have not even deliver the items to me and it is marked as a completed order???? So I sent an email but only received an automated reply. It has been almost 2 weeks since and I have not received any replies from them.
I phoned the customer hotline and their customer hotline seems to be busy all the time. I had to phone many times before being put on hold. Once, they put me on hold and suddenly cut me off the line. Finally when I got to an operator, he told me he would get back to me on next Monday.
Thursday came and there was still no news from customer service. And is it just me or their customer hotline sounds so groggy? Like a reception issue. I could not catch a lot of the things being said as the line is so unclear.
It's just ridiculous that they mark the orders as "complete" even when it's not and ignore their customers and simply scam their money. At least provide with some updates or the option of a refund. I have shopped multiple times with ezbuy and this is the first time this happened.
It tells me that if you're lucky you will receive your items, but if there are problems you wont be entertained and have to deal with the loss on your own. So, purchase at your own risk.
