I am extremely disappointed with how EZBUY team and live chat CSO handles my 11.11 order. Item was ordered on 11 November 2016.

Received an update on 3 December 2016 informing me there is a problem with my order - domestic tracking shows that the item has arrived at their warehouse but in actual fact, it did not. They seek my kind understanding and patience on this. One week has passed and no updates on my order. I reach out on EZBUY live chat, was told they will look into it.

I gave them a few more days, still nothing happened. I dropped another enquiry on both their live chat and app chat. The same standard reply: Will look it, will expedite it, and will update status ASAP. A few days later, nothing happens; status remains the same.

On 16 December 2016, I dropped them another enquiry on their live chat and I told them I want an honest answer on the status of my order. I was told "order will be shipped out by today". I thought the waiting game ends. Today, 19 December 2016, the status still remains the same.

This is my 5th time enquiring on the same order. CSO first respond my order has a "little problem" and "kindly wait for system to update" I am losing patience on this waiting game. I told them if item is missing just let me know. If they could have just told me when I first enquired on this item that it went missing, I could have re-ordered and the item could have already reached me.

CSO replied "yesterday only team found out that item is missing". 1 month plus of waiting and 5 enquires with answers like will look into it, will update status ASAP, will ship out order to order has problem (yes, I already know order has problem since 3 December 2016)....they finally acknowledge item went missing.

Ya, I agree. Their service are *** bad and don't even reply the email.

I never use this service before, because of some payment that I don't understand and was trying to ask. What I got for my reply is empty. This wzbuy customer service is the worst in the world so far.

No reply on my email, online chat and FB message. *** wzbuy
