Ezbuy - No Refund for Parcel Lost
I wish to advise you guys to get the *** off from Ezbuy!!!They are purely dishonest service provider!
I had made a shipping request and the ETA is 24 September. However, my parcel has yet to arrive and I had lodged many complaints to them! However, they did not give a *** to it and treat it like not important although they have "promised" to make such refund! What the *** is this?
This is criminal, as I believe that their staff has stolen then items and they do not want to make any response on this!This is too over dy!

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of ezbuy shipping service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $200. Ezbuy needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
