Hi All,

I wish to advise you guys to get the *** off from Ezbuy!!! They are purely dishonest service provider!

I had made a shipping request and the ETA is 24 September. However, my parcel has yet to arrive and I had lodged many complaints to them! However, they did not give a *** to it and treat it like not important although they have "promised" to make such refund! What the *** is this?

This is criminal, as I believe that their staff has stolen then items and they do not want to make any response on this! This is too over dy!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. brian8989 is quite happy with shipping charges and stated that there is a room for improvement of cheating and scams. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of ezbuy shipping service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $200. Ezbuy needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.

Never buy from Ezbuy Malaysia.

1) They either ignore your reply or just apologies and do nothing.

2) They like to keep your items in their warehouse for inspection for a very long time and never proceed it

3) Deleting every 'bad' complaints/problems of their customers in Facebook and never reply/help.

4) Claim that their so-called shipping fees is the lowest but actually charge high for shipping fees with their miscalculations and extra weight.

5) Never take responsible/try to refund your item is LOST in warehouse.
