I ordered a Military/Outdoor Waterproof Thermal Jacket. Normally I wear a size medium so I ordered a size large.

What I received (marked 'L') would maybe fit someone who wears a size small. The day I received it I immediately sent an email stating the problem and asking to return the item. No Response. Since then, I have sent one email per week restating my desire.

All very polite and professional - all ignored by the folks of EZBuy Galore. Only today did I find their website and buried at the bottom see the notation that returns must be within 30 days of purchase. So now I am outside that 30 day window and guess I am stuck. Had I known they were a front from an offshore firm I would never have bought from them.

Never again. fortunately the amount I am losing on this is not much, and someone at the homeless shelter will get a new jacket.

Still no response from the cheater company. Lesson learned.

Never buy Chinese anything. Jacket given to shelter for the homeless.


It would have been easy to ascertain location information before placing an order.
