The first home delivery arrangement for my Prime item was on the 4th of May 2018, the delivery can't be fulfilled but the parcel was updated as delivered in system with no updates from anyone from Ezbuy. My husband needs to call in to the customer service hotline to check on the location of the parcel and there isn't a answer to it.

He was asked to wait for a call back to update on the status of the parcel. After a long wait till everyone have ended their shift, there is still no one calling back to update us on our parcel. We have call the driver to check but yet to get an answer from the driver either. We left with no choice but to submit a ticket to enquire on the lost parcel and gotten a answer on the next day.

A new delivery arrangement was made again due to the staff negligence. They left my item in their warehouse when they supposed to deliver the item to me. In order to get my item as soon as possible, I have to accommodate to the soonest delivery arrangement from Ezbuy which is on the 7th of May 2018. Sadly to say, the delivery was again not fulfilled.

I received a call on 7th May 2018 at 10:13am from Ezbuy, confirming that my parcel will be deliver to my house between 6:30pm to 10:30pm.

I booked a grab and rushed back home from my workplace to wait for the delivery. I waited all the way from 6:30pm till 10:15pm and dare not go anywhere. NO ONE delivers the parcel and NO ONE have the initiative to update me on what is going on until I texted the driver.

The driver calls me back and tell me he had completed all the deliveries for the day, my parcel is not in his vehicle and probably it is still kept in the warehouse?! How can the item still be in the warehouse when the delivery arrangement was made the 2nd time by the customer service department?

I sent in another ticket and expect a reasonable explanation on the negligence, but there weren't responding at all.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
