Tried contacting the customer service. After 2 replies and with further queries, no more replies. Even contacted the marketing department no reply. As a customer thinking to use the overseas shipping service but with such bad service gives me a very bad impression!!

FREE OF DELIVERY

I do not understand why stated "Free Delivery" but when check out I was charged an delivery cost. Especially the "U+Life" store, the delivery cost is very expensive. Previously there are still others stores which I can ordered beverages but not I no longer order. Due to the unfriendly uses of the delivery to home benefits. Sincerely hope Ezbuy could offer us the truly home free delivery for beverages. Christmas and CNY is coming in a few months, we really need the home free delivery for beverages because it is too heavy for us to carry home if we ordered more.

They all made mistakes, but now they're all saying that the item isn't missing and should be sent to me.

I discovered a missing item within 2 minutes and phoned the delivery man immediately since my item had not been delivered, but he refused to accept responsibility, saying that I should contact customer service. I tell him I won't take the delivery since there is a missing item, but he says this is what the warehouse gave him and asks me not to give him a hard time.

As a result, I phoned the hotline the next day, but they told me to take a photo, which I thought was ridiculous since if the item was missing and not damaged, what was the point of taking a photo?

But I followed them, and I provided what they requested, but they now insisted on the item being delivered, which it was not

I ordered two items, orange and blue, but only orange was delivered. Do they mean that my eye has a problem and I can't see or that the item has been delivered to me?

Delay shipment and poor customer service

the shipment keep delaying, its been 2 months and still in china, not even shipping to singapore yet. i want to cancel but customer service keep asking me to wait as they are checking with seller. promised to get back to me , but no news from them, everytime you contact customer service through live chat they will ask you wait 3-5days while they check. terrible. better buy from somewhere else . dont take the risk

The first time i use ezship and my parcel just went lost for no reason, told me eta 16/5 now its going to be 16/6 also havent receive any info. Asked customer service for help and all they can do is wait until the time reach to declared it as lost. FML a such big parcel of my cat cage can lost i hope they lost their ship also

Dishonest and law-breaking customer service

In all fairness, I have used Ezship for many years with no lost parcels. The service is legit and the delivery guy for my area is great too. However, when something goes wrong youre in a for a treat. For the first time, my $140 ezhip parcel of mine went missing. The staff gave different excuses each time. Long story short, any email response was a copy and paste template of why they can only compensate $100. I had asked very nicely for claims documentation or more details but was only given the copied template every time. Once I informed that they are committing an unfair trading practice according to Singapore law, they stopped replying. Honestly, I would have just sucked up and accept the $100 if they simply provide the proof.

Poor service. Did not specific what item unable to ship out, after knowing my item Unable to ship out, they can even help to return, I need to find my own courier service to return, collection at another location not the warehouse address, they cant even help to send goods to there, keep on saying another location for collection and keep on asking for 4 dollar charges. Since they cant even assist to return, why do you even charge the 4 dollar, since I am doing all the job for you.

Dishonest Prime Membership

'Changed' their prime wishlist requirements after I renewed my membership, telling me I can't use a site like 1688. Fine. Submitted a wishlist for an item on Taobao and was immediately rejected because it's not for commercial. Erm. At no point did I indicate that this was a purchase for commercial purposes, especially when I'm not using a wholesale site and instead a retail site? Ridiculous.

Pick up delivery guy very rude

Ezbuy shown i have two parcels to collect, went there the pick up delivery driver passed me 1 parcel and look at me quietly, then i was wonder to ask is it got two parcels. But the guy very rude starring at me for about 10 seconds then i was thought ezbuy combined into 1 parcel and almost want to leave, then the guy very rude said "wait la" and just turn his body go search. Will never ever use ezbuy again, this is a very bad service and the pick up delivery guy was so rude. Buy from ezbuy but like owe them money, collects goods but they act like they are Santa give us present. The bad experience i had.

Horrible service, I used EzShip which is supposed to just be a shipping service and does not help with repackaging. However, they opened my items without permission, and does not even bother to pack it back properly. I have had multiple items DESTROYED and UNUSABLE because of that. When contacted customer service, they keep pushing the responsibility to the seller, and when I provided proof that the seller packaged the item in a safe and secure manner, they started pushing the blame to the Chinese customs!!! Like, what?????

Price show is cheap, but after adding agent n shipping fee are more higher. Delivery is super long by sea. Arrived in Singapore, need to set your collection time. All packaging is super cheap and bad. If your product is damage or due to workmanship, ezbuy push to supplier, supplier say is not their faults. See attached reply.

Such a disgusting *** company that I don't even know where to start. They only have one job and that is to ship my item, not even using their ezbuy. Before my stuff arrived at their warehouse, I did within my control and notified the customer service that item is fragile and high value, to take special care of it( it's a unique amethyst cave over a thousand) and throughout the month of shipping I have enquired the whereabout of my item. And take extra care they did by lossing it ( or stealing it ). MIND YOU, ITS AN ITEM OF 26kg with crate and they can lose it. Worst of all when I ask for the shipping company, they told me it's confidential. What is confidential when big items are pasted with a big red tag from their ALS logistics service before? And when I asked for tracking number and insurance proof. MR Bernard their head of customer service tried to gaslight me by asking what is tracking number ? And insurance is confidential too. Which previously they claimed they could not find my insurance record and insisted on paying that miserable $100 until I show them the proof of insurance purchase. Until now , you would have guess. With no tracking number from their freight vendor, no third party insurance record, it's most likely lost in their hand. Yet they can still claim previously it's either in their freight vendor warehouse or ship. All in all they do not own up to their mistake and yet try to cover their *** by wasting precious time to recover the item. Do not ever ship expensive item with them, they do not have a proper tracking record or system in place to ensure your item whereabout. Don't even talk about the refund. They can't adhere to their custodian duty in shipping , yet they want customer to adhere to their ridiculous refund policy. In all good heart and manner, I advise anyone not to ship expensive item with this high class thief. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
