I was overcharged by 5 times for a same product that I had previously ordered before. The price I paid for a piece of charm costed be $3+ but when I reorder the same item the second time, they charged me $15?! I couldn't understand the rationale of this. Consumers please be vigilant when you order things from them as I feel that they are really unethical in their way of doing business. There's no explaination or anything (when we are paying them agent fee) and they just request for additional payment. It not only happened to me once!

Received a solid wood console table with a 10cm long defect on the top face - a clear defect which the supplier used wood filler to fill a long gash and the wood filler totally looking artificial compared to the rest of the wood top. Ezbuy just kept saying it’s natural and part of the wood.

If there was any item returned or order cancelled via Ezbuy, the amount you paid will not be back directly to you via your source of payment but will then go to your Ezbuy account. You have to log in to withdraw but refund will take very very long as compare to other online platform. So do remember to get back your money as Ezbuy will not be like Qoo10 directly return your money once item rejected. SO REMEMBER TO GET BACK YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU REJECT ORDER BOUGHT FROM EZBUY

These are not lace lace wigs as advertised and I ordered three short wigs and these are all long and the same but different colors also there's nothing human about the hair a blow dryer would melt it. This company is s scam and I can't get my money back but if they are that hard up they will get it in the end.

After taking the goods, the girl who dispatched the goods couldn't find my goods, but said that the goods were not put in until it was really ready bad and angry cos I come for far place to collect finally can't receive my thing's need arrange again ? Never received my order. There was no option to cancel my order either and ezbuy never returned to me when i contacted their customer service or emailed the company directly. Spent over $70 and have yet to receive anything nor get a reply from ezbuy. Do not buy from this website as you'll just be scammed.

Purchased two 360 lace front and one curly wig, all of course were to be short in length. When I open the package, the hair quality was synthetic (very poor quality) and I saw two extremely long frontal wigs and one short wig. None of which I ordered or the colors that I ordered. I sent an email to the company at SERVICE@***.COM and service@***t-life.store as instructed on their site on 1/13/20. No one has replied to my email or reached out to me to make this right. DO NOT ORDER anything from this site unless you are in the business of giving away your hard earned money. Very disappointed.

None of my experience with ezBuy/ezShip is satisfied.

1. They close the USA-Malaysia ezShip line.

Didn't publish the info in their Website. When my parcel was bounced by the agent in USA, check with the customer support, and they told me the channel was closed. The info was updated through email. I have all their promotion emails in Inbox and never see any about channel closure.

Outdated website. After my complaints the USA-Malaysia page still exist for weeks.

2. ezShip for Taiwan-Malaysia channel. The rate published was outdated again.

After commit the package and found the amount is very expensive and not tally with the publishing rate. Call the support to find out. And they point me to a special webpage, where the new rate is available. Ask them how to reach that page, they told me have to go through them.

If a customer unable to pre-check the shipping rate at their convenience, how you expect them to run business?

3. Lousy product through ezShop. Bought a box of face mask during MCO. Delivery was late 2 months although they promise 1 week delivery time from China.

When I complained through customer support they said the shipment was rejected due to logistic issue. After a week then I received the product. The mask like made from recycle paper, thick and hard. Not worth the price and waiting time.

4.

Expensive agent fee and poor delivery. The item arrived like being smashed all along the way.

Only remarkable thing of ezBuy is their customer service. They give good after sales answer for the lousy company service.

The company is definitely more competitive should they are lead by these support team. Or they can consider outsource their business department to others.

In May your company text me a message that I will be receiving the free face masks. Till to-date, I failed to receive. What I receive from my email was your marketing product. To what I see, you are only keen to know my particular and there is no such issue as free face mask. What a disappointment?
