These are not lace lace wigs as advertised and I ordered three short wigs and these are all long and the same but different colors also there's nothing human about the hair a blow dryer would melt it. This company is s scam and I can't get my money back but if they are that hard up they will get it in the end.

Poor Info and service quality
None of my experience with ezBuy/ezShip is satisfied.
1. They close the USA-Malaysia ezShip line.
Didn't publish the info in their Website. When my parcel was bounced by the agent in USA, check with the customer support, and they told me the channel was closed. The info was updated through email. I have all their promotion emails in Inbox and never see any about channel closure.
Outdated website. After my complaints the USA-Malaysia page still exist for weeks.
2. ezShip for Taiwan-Malaysia channel. The rate published was outdated again.
After commit the package and found the amount is very expensive and not tally with the publishing rate. Call the support to find out. And they point me to a special webpage, where the new rate is available. Ask them how to reach that page, they told me have to go through them.
If a customer unable to pre-check the shipping rate at their convenience, how you expect them to run business?
3. Lousy product through ezShop. Bought a box of face mask during MCO. Delivery was late 2 months although they promise 1 week delivery time from China.
When I complained through customer support they said the shipment was rejected due to logistic issue. After a week then I received the product. The mask like made from recycle paper, thick and hard. Not worth the price and waiting time.
4.
Expensive agent fee and poor delivery. The item arrived like being smashed all along the way.
Only remarkable thing of ezBuy is their customer service. They give good after sales answer for the lousy company service.
The company is definitely more competitive should they are lead by these support team. Or they can consider outsource their business department to others.
