I've 4 parcels to be ship by using Ship-for-Me service, and one of them is not updated to the system since 5 days the parcel has received at the warehouse! I've called to customer support line several times, they told me that already checking and chasing the warehouse crew in Shanghai.

The latest answer was they misplaced the parcel and they're still searching for it!! While the rest came later already updated. That's for my company's production samples from Alibaba suppliers.

It cost us delay our production line!! This is totally nonsense as they claim themselves 24-hour Processing Time Guarantee!
