Ezbuy Singapore - Slow shipping , item arrived warehouse already 3 weeks no news
slow service, now blaming on 11.11 , 12.12 coming soon, if 11.11 not even clear, going to blame it on 12.12 if the item slow and not process? Agent anyhow placed order, how can this be, should have commitment , since predict 11.11 is an issue, should hire worker work 24/7 or more workers.
wasting alot time, now alot item already expire dateline, money auto send to seller, who will responsible if anything wrong with items? It wasting everyone time waiting and waiting, the staff only will say "we already try our best" A parcel that reach warehouse 3 weeks ago and never update to my inventory?

All my order is pending due to 11.11 sale season. Its really annoys me
